Simeon Cohen
With specialist expertise in the office, industrial and leisure investment markets and excellent analytical and due diligence skills Simeon is a key member of the DBA team.
Simeon joined DBA following five years at DTZ where he built up a reputation for providing strategic investment advice to a range of clients including institutions, banks, administrators and property companies.
His additional in-depth professional knowledge from his background in landlord and tenant allows him to offer clients creative solutions and innovative advice in property acquisitions and disposals.

Grant Beasley
Grant joined DBA from Jones Lang LaSalle where he had exposure to a wealth of transactional and valuation experience both within the UK capital markets enabling him to develop an in depth professional knowledge within a wide range of commercial sectors.
Grant gained strong analytical skills when seconded to PwC Real Estate Insolvency team. This experience encompassed various sectors advising on feasibility and asset management initiatives.
Grant is a key member of the team, offering solid experience from diverse commercial disciplines.
